Hi everyone, Today I will be off to the NSW EPA roundtable. The Plan contains several actions to support scaling up reusable alternatives to single-use plastics. These include: requiring takeaway food service businesses such as fast-food restaurants and cafes to accept reusable cups provided by customers for takeaway beverages requiring large food service businesses that provide takeaway beverages to offer a reusable cup option as part of a reuse system trialling reusable cup systems on NSW Government premises, such as office buildings, stadiums, and other venues establishing a reuse-only precinct in the Sydney CBD to inform the development of resources, guidance and case studies for similar precincts in other locations. The reuse roundtable will bring together key stakeholders including reuse suppliers and venue operators to share their expertise and experiences as we discuss these actions and how they can be progressed. Your Investment will help us genrate a new washing hub in Sydney to the tune of $200,000 - $250,000 to lead from the front in this endeavour. Martin
