Our transparent structure includes an upfront commencement fee and fortnightly billing per stage.

Matt Gibbins - Creative & Founding Partner. With a global creative background spanning Albion London, Wieden+Kennedy, and Fallon, Matt bridges strategy, culture, and creativity. His approach brings humanity, momentum, and meaning to every brand transformation.
Harrison Sarsfield - Design Lead. Brings over 8 years of branding and visual design experience, working across digital, packaging, and creative execution. He’s led design at Hunter since 2021, where he plays a central role in building scalable brand systems that balance craft with consistency.
Sophie Generau - Head of Finance. Has 30+ years of finance experience across Australia and France, including senior roles at AXA Investment Managers.
