1. We operate in a niche market place: Motorcycle lifestyle gear. Our designs are made for this tribe (but not exclusively). So we always know who they are and where to find them. It's also an under serviced sector of the market; luggage and riding bags. Think niche brands like Deus Ex Machina, Rip Curl Surf gear, Santa Cruz etc
2. In service to point number 1, our designs are unique. As far as we know, we are the only company in the world that makes durable bags that are specifically designed to look better with age and that come with fittings for motorcycles (and bicycles and wheelchairs).
3. We design and make our products in-house. That means we have outstanding margins - 2.5 times better than most retail businesses. This means we get excellent retail returns and can still make outstanding profits from wholesale sales. Think Cotton-on, RM Williams, Zara etc.
