This week at Frankies it’s been all about prepping a brand new menu to launch next week. We put it to the crowd to see what old favourites we should keep and we weren’t surprised to see all our top sellers in there. But we’re still going to shake things up with some fantastic new options. Because we source our food locally and when it's in season, we need to keep adapting according to availability. Produce that’s local and in season not only tastes better but it allows us to keep our margins - no shipping, no speciality items and minimal waste. The best part is being able to support our local economy and our local producers.
