Hello! It seems like a long time since we've posted here. Last time we showed you our large new pellet dryer. I discovered after making that post that it's not possible to show two videos in the one message on this platform! However, this time we've uploaded a video of the cat litter flying out of the pellet dryer. It comes out in sheets rather than pellets which you'll see in this six second video. Another piece of equipment then quickly singulates the sheets into pellets. The pellets in the photo were made over the weekend. We're perfecting the pellets as we commission the new equipment. We're certainly enjoying making pellets in a much quicker time frame - it's decreased from 16 hours to less than 1 hour! Cynthia & Clarke

OUR DRYER HAS ARRIVED! It's been a while since we posted, but you'll be pleased to know that we now have the cat litter pellet dryer! This was one of the items we were raising investment for back in November. All 11 metres of it arrived recently and it took several hours to get into place, even just getting it into our facility took some time. But it's in! I've attached a short video of the dryer being slowly pushed into our recycling plant. And, assuming both photos have uploaded, one shows the pellet feeder (goes into the dryer) and the other shows pellets drying inside the dryer. This has been hard work, but it's very exciting for us as it means we can now really scale up once all the final parts are joined up. Thank you to our wonderful investors - you made this happen!
