There are rules for handling your money. However, if your money is handled inappropriately or the person operating this platform becomes insolvent, you may have difficulty recovering your money.

Birchal may charge investors a transaction fee for investing in CSF offers. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to investment.

The following parties, being associates of Birchal Financial Services may invest directly up to $10,000 under the offer: Adam Vise, Kirstin Hunter, Judy Anderson-Firth. Otherwise, Birchal Financial Services, and its associates, do not have, or expect to have any direct or indirect pecuniary interest in the company or a related party of the company.

Birchal may also receive interest on the balance of any application money held in its client money account.

If you are a retail client, you have the right to withdraw your application under this Offer and to be repaid your application money. If you wish to withdraw your application for any reason (including if you change your mind about investing in the Company), you must do so within five business days of making your application (the Cooling-off Period).

If you wish to withdraw your application, you must notify us via your investment portfolio on the platform within 5 days of your application to invest.

After your withdrawal has been processed, the Intermediary will refund the application money to your nominated account as soon as practicable.
