Director & senior manager declarations

Once the CSF offer document is finalised, each director and senior manager will provide declarations to Birchal confirming that the information in the offer document is accurate and complete and is not misleading or deceptive. This form will guide you through the necessary declarations and consents for your CSF Offer hosted on Birchal.

At the end, you’ll automatically receive the documents via BoldSign for electronic signature.

Once signed, the declarations will be sent directly to Birchal, and you’ll also receive a copy for your records.

Please do not sign the declarations until you’ve reviewed the final version of the CSF Offer Document. This document outlines the company's offer of fully-paid ordinary shares.
