The Birchal Process
Raising capital can often distract you from growing your business, however through community fundraising we make it easy to invite your current customers, advocates and friends to become shareholders. Our process allows you to test market interest in your opportunity and establish meaningful investor relationships before going live with your campaign. End-to-end, our process is about 10-12 weeks, depending on the campaign, and we'll be with you every step of the way.

Raise costs
The Birchal fees charged to raise on our platform are detailed below.
EOI Campaign Fee
We charge a fixed fee for our services in connection with an EOI campaign. This fee will become payable after you have agreed to our hosting agreement and will need to be paid prior to locking in a date for your campaign to launch.
CSF Offer Campaign Fee
We also charge a fixed fee for our services and costs in preparing and launching your CSF Offer. This fee becomes payable once we begin reviewing your CSF Offer documents and needs to be paid prior to your CSF Offer launching.
CSF Success Fee
For successful offers Birchal charges a 7.5%
fee on approved investment applications.
The CSF Success Fee only becomes due after your offer has successfully closed and is typically paid from proceeds of the offer.
