Reckless Brewing is an independent, women-founded and women-led Australian brewery based in Bathurst, NSW, producing award-winning, approachable beer for everyday drinkers and everyday occasions. Reckless operates two distinct national brands — Reckless Brewing Co., its premium craft range, and BX, an easy-drinking, high-rotation beer designed to compete directly with macro lagers while remaining proudly Australian-owned. Together, these brands allow Reckless to service both craft-led and everyday consumption occasions.
The business has achieved significant traction in a short period. Reckless has won multiple national trophies, including Champion XPA at the AIBAs (2023) and Champion Porter/Stout at the Indies (2023), alongside a substantial medal haul across a wide range of styles. Wholesale revenue grew over 38% in 2025 and demand continues to grow into 2026. Reckless’ Bathurst brewery, taproom and restaurant has become a major regional tourism destination, driving strong direct-to-consumer revenue and brand engagement.
