Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co. exists to prove that award-winning flavour and regional provenance can scale nationally, without compromising on quality, craft, or community.

We're a multi-award-winning, artisan preserves brand creating small-batch jams, jellies, marmalades, chutneys, relishes, pickles and sauces using 100% Australian-grown produce. Built on low-sugar recipes, bold flavour innovation, and strong regional provenance, we've earned 46 medals across the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards in just two years. We've built proven traction across ecommerce, wholesale, farmers' markets, destination tourism, and major events like the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Now we're raising capital to scale production, go national, and enter export markets. And at a time when supply chains are under pressure and food waste is a growing problem, what we do matters beyond the jar — turning climate-affected Australian fruit into shelf-stable premium products that would otherwise be lost.
