Newcastle Distilling Co started in 2015, where our head distiller decided to set up shop on the NSW south coast, before moving the operation to Newcastle and rebranding in 2018 to be closer to family.
Since 2018 the range of products that have been developed to encompass 36 products, all produced from scratch, one of the only distilleries in the area that can make this claim. The range has been expanded so as to appeal to all different market segments.
Next step is to move into brewing beer and seltzer, to open up 3 shopfronts, a bar and restaurant, so the local Newcastle crowd (novocastrians) and visitors to the area have a place where they can try our products and learn more about craft distilling.
