Overview

Disrupting a $600B Industry, Without Compromise

The activewear industry is built on a dirty secret: new plastic, toxic PFAS chemicals, and products designed to be thrown away. These chemicals have been linked to hormone disruption, fertility issues, and long-term health risks - and yet they’re still standard in performance apparel. Earthletica exists to prove you don’t have to choose between performance, style, and the planet. We’re a B Corp certified, Australian activewear brand creating the next generation of high performance gear, using recycled and organic fibres, without adding harmful chemical treatments, and pioneering world first PFAS free garment technology.

After two years of rigorous product and market testing, Earthletica has already achieved $200k revenue, 50% repeat purchase rate, $510 six month LTV and released world first garment technology. Earthletica is building the blueprint for truly sustainable performance wear by: 1. Using recycled and organic fibres with no added chemical treatments (verified by GreenStory) 2. Partnering to recycle garments at end of life 3. Building a scalable, future proof supply chain based on clean materials 4. Leading the market with PFAS free performance innovations 5. Investing in R&D to create a path toward completely plastic free activewear, in partnership with Berkeley based, technical soft goods design innovators Bilio In short, we’re not greenwashing an old system, we’re rebuilding it from the ground up.

Our co-founders bring elite performance and operational expertise: -Bronte Campbell OAM (CEO) – triple Olympic gold medallist, setting performance standards -Libby Babet (Head of Product & Community) – 15+ years scaling wellness brands -Chris Raleigh (COO) – IP lawyer with a decade of experience protecting innovation Earthletica was selected from 560 applicants for Techstars Sydney and is now raising capital to scale production and marketing, expand our range, and accelerate material innovation.
