
Bakery Hill is a proudly independent, family-owned, Single Malt Whisky distillery in Melbourne. Established in 1999, David Baker set out to prove a point - that great whiskies could be made outside of Scotland, and specifically in Australia.
Bakery Hill has built a reputation as one of the finest whisky distilleries in the world. It was named world ‘Best Small Distillery Whisky of the Year’ and in 2020 our Peated Malt Cask Strength was awarded ‘2020 Southern Hemisphere Whisky of the Year’.
In 2022 Bakery Hill is upgrading and relocating its production site to Kensington in inner Melbourne to create one of the most unique whisky cellar door experiences anywhere around the world. Here's your chance to be a part of it!
