This is an invitation to invest in Continuum, a cloud-based application which uses gamification and a muscle sensing armband to track monitor, measure and inform the complex process of the stroke rehabilitation

The Continuum app motivates stroke survivors to recover physical and cognitive function by making rehab exercises fun. Machine learning and artificial intelligence provides new insights into the recovery process.

The platform also provides for the development of a community where individuals previously isolated by their condition share goals, celebrate milestones, acknowledging and supporting one another on the journey to recovery.
