Aquafab sits at the intersection of premiumisation and efficiency, two key drivers in the fast-growing cocktail category, while being the first commercially scalable, ready-to-pour aquafaba solution in Australia. The company is positioned as a scalable, bar staple with multiple growth levers. Early international traction includes a $180,000 shipment to the global cruise industry, supplying operators such as Princess Cruises, Holland and Seabourn alongside initial European orders. Aquafab is raising CSF funds to accelerate growth. Revenue has grown from approximately $260,000 in Year 1 to $750,000–$800,000 this financial year ( 207% YoY growth). The business is revenue-generating, operationally proven and bootstrapped to date.
